When trying to solve complex or unusual applications we benefit from in-house fabrication facilities which enable us to provide simple modifications to existing equipment or bespoke solutions for specialist projects.

Nederman Portable Fan
Ideal as an extractor for welding fumes, steam, dust or for providing fresh air during work in confined and enclosed spaces. A compact and easy to use fan which, in combination with inlet and outlet houses, make a flexible and versatile unit with a wide range of applications.

We can supply a variety of different extraction and pressure hoses, together with assorted capture nozzles & hoods. We can also fabricate custom designed extraction hoods to suit most applications however complex or unusual.

Nederman Fume Eliminator - Portable Fume Extractor
The Fume Eliminator is designed to be carried to the working area. Connected to a welding torch or to an extraction nozzle, the FE unit extracts the fume directly at source.
FE 840 has a manual start/stop function while the FE 841 has an automatic start/stop function, which starts the unit as soon as the welding begins.

Nederman Filterbox - Portable Dust Extraction Unit
Flexible and modular system that solves most common demands regarding welding fumes and dust. Accessories can be attached to improve individual applications. Can be combined to work as a mobile unit or as a fixed mounted unit. For extra efficient filter cleaning the FilterBox can be equipped with compressed air cleaning.
FilterBox in Spaceblue is designed especially for food, medical or chemical industry. All features apply to the standard model.

These three phase compact portable dust collectors are efficient, economical and easy to handle. The dry vacuums are very easy to dismantle and clean. The location of the (optional) micro filter prevents contamination of the pump. The forward/reverse switch saves time when moving between work sites with different phase sequence.
