Oakley Design is one of a limited number of companies awarded the status of a KEMPER PREMIER DISTRIBUTOR through continued sales, product training, extensive demonstration facilities and stock levels which guarantee next day spares delivery. We are an approved distributor & installer for KEMPER products. We have many years experience in specifying, installing & maintaining Kemper products. Our engineers are factory trained at Kemper in Germany and undergo regular product training. We are pleased to offer free and impartial advice on an informal basis or will gladly carry out a site survey and provide a free 'no obligation' quotation. We also stock an extensive range of new, ex-demonstration, ex-hire & pre-owned equipment. A full range of Kemper equipment is available to view & test in our demonstration area. We have MIG, TIG, MMA welding plant installed ready to use together with Plasma cutting & grinding equipment. We have on-torch MIG welding extraction units in addition to a central high vacuum system suitable for a wide range of fumes & dusts. For multiple point welding & grinding extraction we have installed a Kemper WeldFil central dust collection system conforming to latest W3 specification - this system is connected to grinding and welding benches & self-supporting fume capture arms 2m, 3m, 4m & 7m in length. We have a full array of Kemper portable LEV units suitable for both fume & dust extraction. Our hire fleet consists of over 300 units which can cater for any fume or dust application including portable ATEX rated high vacuum plant. We offer demonstration in our workshop area by prior arrangement - for extended trials on-site customers can select equipment from our extensive hire fleet.
